Qualifications

• 4 years of skilled or journeyman level experience, including two years of such experience in each of two trades or crafts.
• High school diploma or GED, or vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Performs plumbing, electrical, welding, mechanical, housekeeping, carpentry, and painting repairs as per service requests.
• Inspects plumbing, electrical, mechanical housekeeping, etc. in assigned buildings as scheduled by work orders.
• Maintains records and documents of work completed.
• Installs new equipment as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
