UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Building Maintenance Specialist for the Sunday–Thursday night shift (11:30 PM–8:00 AM). The role requires multi-trade skills, including plumbing, electrical, welding, and carpentry, to perform repairs and upkeep across a major hospital campus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or vocational schooling.
• 4 years of skilled or journeyman level experience, including two years in two trades.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, Texas, with the Sunday-Thursday night shift.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs in plumbing, electrical, welding, mechanical, housekeeping, carpentry, and painting according to service requests for assigned specialties.
• Inspects plumbing, electrical, mechanical, housekeeping, etc. in assigned buildings as scheduled by work orders from Management.
• Maintains records and documents of work completed.
• Installs new equipment as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
