The role sits within the Engineering and Technical Services function, involving site inspections, energy management, and collaboration with teams to deliver timely fixes.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of building maintenance.
• Strong communication and basic problem‑solving skills for workplace teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by keeping systems running efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety rules.
• Follow standard procedures and communicate clearly when exchanging information.
• Contribute to team with defined duties under supervision and guidance.
