Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, climbing) and lift heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems; keep facilities up to standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Maintain an energy management program to ensure efficient system operation.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design capabilities and prescribed environmental conditions.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values; build consensus and guide teams.
