UofL Health in Louisville seeks a Hospital-Based Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations. You will apply the nursing process and collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, patient- and family-centered outcomes.

Under clinical supervision, you will assess, administer medications, plan and execute care, educate patients and families, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds to continually improve patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) per licensure authority.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across age groups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health status from admission to discharge.
• Administer medications per policies, assess effects, and document timely administration.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate nursing care with evidence-based practices.
• Identify priorities based on data, patient safety, and family goals.
• Educate patients and families; participate in care team rounds for optimal outcomes.
• Promote safety and quality through ongoing evaluation and supervision as needed.
