Job summary

Vertis Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our hospital-based team in Peru Indiana, providing care across both inpatient and outpatient settings with flexible weekday and weekend opportunities available.

The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled physical therapy services, monitor resident progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist state license or license eligibility.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' functional abilities and establish plans to improve safety, mobility, and independence.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services and monitor progress.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead or participate in wellness programs and team development activities.
• Document promptly and accurately.
