Hospital Answering Service Operator

TEKsystems is hiring a Hospital Answering Service Operator to work ON SITE for a client based in Boston, MA.

Job Description

• Taking high volume calls from incoming patients of doctors for clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics
• Determining who is on the call
• Retrieving customer contact information in database
• Triaging the call to the appropriate contact.

Hours

Monday- Saturday- 5 days a week- 40-hour work week- NO SUNDAYS 2nd shift hours- training is typically 10:30am-6:30pm/7:00pm- shift after training will fall between the hours of 2pm-11pm (8 hour shift)

Pay

$22- 25/hr.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
