Job summary

TEKsystems in White Plains, NY is seeking a contract-to-hire call center specialist to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls about pension and healthcare plans. The role requires accurate data entry and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will enter customer information, adhere to scripts, and support the team with clerical tasks while maintaining quality standards.

• Assist customers with questions pertaining to Pension plans, Disability.
• Take a high volume of in/outbound calls.
• Enter customer information into database.
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume of call switchboard environment.
• Ability to answer with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner and time.
• Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
