Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience or an advanced degree-equivalent.

• Completion of and compliance with Marketing and Business Development Compliance Program.

Responsibilities

• Grows clinic census by delivering superior admissions support to referral sources and patients.
• Develops and maintains referral source relationships to build the referral base.
• Markets services to identified patients and hospital discharge planners to facilitate admissions.
• Coordinates admissions and outpatient placement with clinics and discharge planners.
• Collaborates with physicians and hospital staff to obtain needed information.
• Escalates issues to ensure timely resolution and smooth admission flow.
• Assists with marketing plans and community outreach per plan.
• Provides education to referrals and patients about renal services and payor benefits.
• Maintains knowledge of local dialysis market and industry trends.
