Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee inpatient staff and coordinate services across contracted facilities. This role ensures high-quality patient care, efficient staffing, and cost-conscious operations within hospital environments.

The position requires an RN with licensure and 3–5 years of related experience, including supervisory or project management. Advanced degree is desirable and travel between facilities may be necessary to maintain 24/7/365 service

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN); Advanced degree desirable.
• Current state licensure as applicable.
• 3-5 years’ related experience; 3+ years’ supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inpatient staff, coordinates activities and staffing.
• Monitors costs/spending in areas including medical supply inventory, personnel and accounts payable.
• Ensures proper staffing and operations at all contracted facilities.
• Provides leadership, coaching and development plans for direct reports.
• Ensures compliance with hospital regulations and surveys.
