Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure.
• 6+ years in healthcare facility operations.
• 12+ months dialysis nursing experience.
• Ishihara Color Blind Test must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations, costs, processes, staffing and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Oversee Home Therapies Program and coordinate with HR/QS teams.
• Maintain medical and operations records and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee annual reviews, ICD coding, and network/state surveys.
