Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our dialysis facility in Florida, ensuring high quality patient care and efficient operations. You will partner with the Medical Director to coordinate patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in the Clinical Leadership Program, with opportunities for career advancement to Area Team Lead or Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in clinical settings.
• Strong management and people leadership skills.
• Effective communication with staff, physicians and patients.
• Experience driving quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure compliant, cost‑effective care.
• Lead staff recruitment, development, performance reviews and scheduling.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge with the Medical Director.
• Drive CQI activities and regulatory survey readiness across the clinic.
• Foster collaboration with physicians, HR, Quality and Education teams.
