Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Surgical scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgical bookings and hospital admissions for multiple clinicians across specialties.
• Schedule patients for admissions and operating room time; reschedule as needed.
• Communicate with patients to explain pre- and post-operative appointments and testing requirements.
