Dept Behavioral Health/Develop is seeking a Deputy Director of Administrative Services at Eastern State Hospital. Qualifications

• Experience in hospital operations with prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience in providing Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
• Extensive experience working in an inpatient Psychiatric Hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate administrative functions across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with the CEO and COO on special projects and daily needs as they arise.
• Serve as the ESH Administrator on site outside of traditional business hours.
• Interface with community stakeholders including CSBs, jail and law enforcement personnel, and other outside facility personnel as needed.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to manage risk and for continuity of patient care.
• Oversee workflow across units and throughout the hospital outside of traditional business hours.
