Eastern State Hospital seeks a Deputy Director of Administrative Services to lead administrative functions and coordinate operations across departments. The role partners with the CEO and COO on special projects and daily needs, and serves as the on-site administrator outside business hours.

The position interfaces with community stakeholders including CSBs, law enforcement, and external facility personnel to manage risk and ensure continuity of patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in providing Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
• Extensive experience working in an inpatient Psychiatric Hospital setting.
