Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• 5+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand customer needs.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians and staff using customer engagement selling model.
• Utilize and manage resources to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate across the matrixed sales organization with Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in training and development programs while adhering to policies.
