Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a performance-driven Hospital Sales Specialist to manage territory development and relationships within key hospital accounts across the U.S. Focus is on educating healthcare professionals and decision-makers about a crucial treatment portfolio and building comprehensive account plans.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to align on integrated strategic plans and patient education programs where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business.
• 5+ years hospital/institutional sales experience in pharma.
• Proven track record of sales achievement.
• Experience with hospital pharmacies, distributors a plus; able to manage large geography.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow existing ones through strong relationships and technical product/disease state knowledge.
• Execute marketing programs to increase market share of promoted products.
• Apply CSL Behring’s hospital selling model with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing on calls.
• Maintain call frequency and update strategies to align with product focus.
• Create territory business plans aligned with corporate direction and drive targets.
• Communicate value of promoted products and position CSL Behring against competitors.
• Collaborate with account teams and leadership to develop short- and long-term plans.
• Ensure consistent customer experience with cross-functional teams.
