Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods in Mescalero, NM is seeking a bartender to maintain bar operations, stock spirits, wine and beers, and deliver friendly, professional service to guests. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain Alcohol Servers License.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar supplies, stock, and organization to standard.
• Provide guests with friendly, professional service.
• Enter beverage sales into POS and manage cash handling per policies.
• Explain and demonstrate hospitality behaviors and standards.
• Open/close bar operations and ensure sanitation and safety.
• Handle guest comments and complaints promptly and professionally.
