Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods in Mescalero, NM is seeking a Busser to support servers across Apache Tee, Broken Arrow Tap House, Wendell’s, Red Hat Grille, and The Market at the Mountain. Duties include preparing tea, coffee, ice, stocking glassware, dining ware and plates, and pre-bussing assigned stations while assisting guests throughout the dining area.

The role requires maintaining a clean bussing/pantry area, breaking down bussed items in the dishwashing area, and demonstrating hospitality

Responsibilities

• Inspects assigned area/pantry area for organization and cleanliness.
• Clears and resets tables, cleans ashtrays in smoking sections.
• Removes extra place settings and sets as needed.
• Puts away washed dishware, glassware and silverware when assigned to pantry.
• Greets and seats guests and assists servers as needed.
• Prepares takeout items for guests and maintains a tidy bussing/pantry area.
