Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting, greeting clients, and guiding them through banking solutions. You will open accounts, service existing ones, and promote digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, while collaborating with teammates to reach branch goals.

Your role emphasizes hospitality, regulatory compliance, and a proactive approach to helping customers manage their finances using technology and in-person service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or similar role preferred.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Provide account servicing and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices, adhering to bank policies and procedures.
