Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving patients in the Atlanta area. This weekend on-call role covers Friday 5pm–Midnight and Saturday and Sunday 8am–Midnight.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive, patient-centered environment across our network of hospice and palliative care providers. Responsibilities include administering skilled nursing care at patients' residences, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and supporting

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN and valid driver’s license.
• Two years’ experience as an RN in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to the patient and family.
• Demonstrate nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles.

Responsibilities
