ExcelaCare Hospice is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to oversee the hospice volunteer program, recruit and train volunteers, and partner with the Interdisciplinary Group to support patient care and family needs.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least 1 year in volunteer coordination or related field. Travel locally and a flexible schedule may be involved.

• Recruit and select volunteers to meet hospice program needs.
• Develop and deliver volunteer training and orientation.

• Provide ongoing supervision and evaluation of volunteers.
• Maintain accurate volunteer files and statistics as required.
