Part-Time Schedule:
- Minimum 2 shifts weekly, 4:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. CST (weekday flex shifts)
- Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST

Our Hospice Triage Nurses:
- Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments such as ED, critical care, or surgical services
- Work a minimum of 1 weekday shift and every other weekend
- Receive three weeks of remote paid training, schedule varies based on availability

- Use EMRs and internal applications for documentation and job functions
- Must follow instructions, read directions, and be confident with technology
- Require a minimum of 30 minutes paid shift preparation before calls
- Spend 30 minutes to 2 hours completing charting after shifts

Requirements:
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (states with pending implementation are not considered current compact states)
- Maintain active license in your home state
- Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred
- Comfortable with multiple technology applications
- Ability to type quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and reside here
- Complete three weeks of remote paid training
- Available to work every other Saturday and Sunday
- Available for some holidays
- Capable of handling stress and multitasking during calls (5+ calls/hour on weekdays, up to 8 on weekends)
- Able to communicate empathetically and follow protocols
- Maintain CEUs as required by your state
- Attend in-services and additional training as needed
- Pass background and licensing checks
Benefits:
Starting pay is $23/hour, with opportunities for increases. Nurses earn shift differentials of $1 for nights and weekends. PTO, 401(k), and insurance options are available for full-time staff.
