**Requirements:**

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Must reside in or work from a Compact US state
• Experience with end-of-life care is required
• High-speed internet is mandatory
• Tech-savvy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and proficient with keyboarding

Part-time schedule:

• Minimum of 2 shifts weekly, 4:30am-11am CST (weekday flex shifts)
• Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 7:30am-4pm CST

Our Hospice Triage Nurses:

• Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments such as ED, critical care, or surgical services
• Work a minimum of 1 weekday shift and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Receive three weeks of remote paid training, schedule varies based on availability

• Access EMRs and internal applications for job functions
• Ability to follow instructions, read directions, and confidently use technology
• Minimum 30 minutes paid shift preparation required
• Complete remaining charting (30 minutes to 2 hours) after shifts

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (pending or future implementation dates in non-compact states are not considered current)
• Maintain active, in-good-standing state license; we cover costs for non-compact licensure if needed
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred
• Comfortable with multiple technology applications and fast typing
• Fluent in English; additional languages a bonus
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Complete three weeks of paid remote training (day and evening sessions)
• Available for every other Saturday and Sunday
• Willing to work some holidays as required
• Capable of handling stress and multitasking, with a minimum of 5 calls/hour on weekdays and up to 8 on weekends
• Empathic communication skills adhering to protocols
• Maintain CEUs as required by licensing states
• Attend in-services and additional training as needed
• Pass background and licensing checks

All remote hospice RN positions start at $23/hour, with opportunities for increases. Nurses are eligible for shift differentials ($1 for overnight and weekend shifts). PTO, 401(k), and insurance options are available based on hours worked.
