Part-Time Schedule

• Work a minimum of 2 shifts weekly 4:30a-11a CST (shift times are set/week day flexes)
• Work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday 7:30a-4p CST

Our Hospice Triage Nurses

• Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments: ED, critical care, surgical services, etc.
• Work a minimum of 1 weekday shift & every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Receive three weeks of remote paid training. Schedule varies based on availability

If you like exciting, fast-paced roles:

• You can pick up additional shifts for supported clients.
• We provide a laptop and headset.
• You need your own high-speed internet.
• A quiet, private space is required for work (privacy/HIPAA compliant).
• You will access EMRs for charting and use internal applications.
• You must follow instructions, read directions, and be confident with technology.
• Minimum 30 minutes paid shift prep before calls.
• Post-shift, spend 30 minutes to 2 hours completing charting.

Requirements

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (states with pending or future implementation dates are not considered current until the date).
• Maintain active license in your home state.
• Hospice, palliative, end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with multiple technology applications for documentation.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and reside here.
• Complete three weeks of remote paid training conducted during days/evenings.
• Availability for every other Saturday & Sunday.
• Ability to work some holidays.
• Handle stress and multitask during calls (5+ calls/hour on weekdays, up to 8 on weekends).
• Communicate empathically and adhere to protocols.
• Maintain CEUs as required by your state.
• Attend in-services and additional training as needed.
• Pass background and licensing checks.

Benefits

Starting pay is $23/hr, with opportunities to increase. Additional shift differentials of $1 for overnight and weekend shifts. PTO accrual, 401(k), and full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision are available for full-time nurses.
