Job summary

Angels Care Hospice is seeking a Team Coordinator to manage multiple agencies' business activities, including Hospice Intake functions and personnel files. You will support the Executive Director in training and staff development, ensuring timely, accurate billing and regulatory compliance.

The role requires supervising personnel, coordinating with departments, and maintaining vendor and staff records. A healthcare operations background and strong office software skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in business operations with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• LPN and/or RN license preferred.
• Hospice care experience preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to supervise and direct personnel.
• Ability to deal tactfully with staff and vendors.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Able to compute statistics and understand billing, AP/AR basics.
• Proficient with office software including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Willingness to learn hospice regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing process timeliness and accuracy through involvement with Executive Director.
• Monitor agency data processing to ensure data integrity for reporting.
• Process physician orders and ensure timely signing.
• Review unsigned orders in Forcura and follow up on failed faxes.
• Coordinate with departments and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain personnel files and complete regulatory documents.
