Angels Care Hospice is seeking a Team Coordinator in Texas to manage multiple agencies' activities and oversee the Hospice Intake functions. The role includes maintaining personnel files and assisting the Executive Director with staff training and support.

You will coordinate billing, data integrity, physician orders, and administrative tasks while collaborating with other departments and vendors to ensure compliant operations and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business operations with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• LPN and/or RN license preferred.
• Hospice care experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with vendors.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of billing with Executive Director involvement.
• Monitor data processing to maintain data integrity for reporting.
• Process and follow up on physician orders for timely signing.
• Review unsigned orders in Forcura and follow up on faxes.
• Verify receipt of signed documents and entry of medical release codes.
• Process Missed Visits and supply requisitions; ensure delivery.
• Coordinate patient-related tasks and administrative duties promptly.
• Train and orient selected staff on agency operations and billing procedures.
• Educate staff on company resources and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with IT, departments, and senior management as needed.
• Maintain files for employees, vendors, and physicians for compliance.
• Notify leadership of upcoming anniversaries for compliance tasks.
• Ensure HR and regulatory paperwork, including I-9s and licensure, is up to date.
• Complete HR orientation for new hires and manage HR functions.
• Communicate IT system issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Submit invoices to AP and manage denial letters for vendors.
