Qualifications

• Knowledge of primary medical and nursing care principles.
• Interpersonal dynamics within an interdisciplinary team.
• Two years supervisory experience or equivalent in health care.

Responsibilities

• Directs all patient care services for the team as integrated components of the care plan.
• Supervises, evaluates and coordinates team members and schedules.
• Manages 24/7 team coverage and ensures timely care plan updates and discharge planning.
• Monitors compliance with regulatory and quality standards; participates in quality improvement.
