Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews admissions and discharges, ensuring eligibility and appropriateness.
• Collaborates with physicians on pain and symptom management.
• Maintains complete patient records from intake to discharge.
• Manages team schedule, including on-call coverage and 24/7 coordination.
• Oversees payroll, timekeeping, and staff productivity.
