You will maintain organized records, manage phones and mail, track equipment, and input data into HCHB while assisting scheduling, admissions, and HR tasks. This role offers a mission-driven environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of administrative healthcare work experience, preferably in hospice/home health.
• Ability to maintain orderly files, supplies, and office systems.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Familiarity with data entry systems such as HCHB and basic office software.
• Understanding of Medicare documentation standards and referral/intake.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to clinical leadership and care teams.
• Maintain organized patient records, office files, and supplies.
• Answer phones, manage mail, and assist visitors with professionalism.
• Track and order medical equipment and office supplies.
• Input data into electronic systems (e.g., HCHB) and set up clinician tablets.
• Assist with scheduling, admissions, discharge, and team coordination.
• Support HR functions like maintaining employee records.
• Ensure compliance with hospice policies and Medicare regulations.
