Job summary

Good Samaritan Hospice in Valencia, PA is hiring a full-time Team Assistant to support daily operations and ensure excellent patient care in line with regulatory standards. This role operates Monday through Friday with a weekend rotation at our Valencia office.

You will assist with scheduling, paperwork, and communications, use Word and Excel, and help the team deliver compassionate care while maintaining organization and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospice field operations knowledge preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize scheduling operations.
• Strong computer skills (Word and Excel) and excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
