Job summary

Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end-of-life care in patients’ homes in the Lebanon, PA area. The role offers a $10,000 first-year sign-on bonus and a full-time schedule from 8am-8pm Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon.

You will deliver compassionate hospice care, respond to urgent needs, support families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. Travel to patient homes and EMR documentation are required tasks.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Two years RN experience and hospice care preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in patients’ homes.
• Perform urgent assessments, manage symptoms and provide end-of-life support.
• Guide patients and families during weekends and crisis situations.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and maintain EMR documentation.
• Work independently yet rely on a supportive team.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.

We are hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN)for aHospiceposition providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Lebanon, PA area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year!

Full time schedule working 8am-8pm Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Respond to patient needs by performing urgent assessments, managing symptoms and pain, and providing compassionate end-of-life support in real time
• Support and guide patients and families during weekends, and crisis situations, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and cared for throughout the hospice journey
• Apply strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to coordinate care needs, respond to changing patient conditions, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation
• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

Weekend RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
