Job summary

JOL Healthcare is seeking an experienced Hospice RN On-Call to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes during after-hours in Kyle, TX. You will respond to calls, assess patients, manage symptoms, and coordinate with the care team to ensure timely interventions.

Documentation in the EMR, emotional support for families, and on-call rotation participation are required. RN license in TX and hospice experience preferred.

Overview:The Hospice RN On-Call Nurse is responsible for providing skilled nursing care and support to hospice patients during non-business hours. This role includes responding to patient and family needs, coordinating care with interdisciplinary team members, and ensuring timely interventions.
