Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
• RN license in Ohio or eligible to obtain
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and clinical operations
• Experience with QAPI and regulatory compliance
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license

• Provide leadership for clinical operations and patient care delivery
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations (CMS)
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines
