Job summary

Ambercare Hospice in Silver City, NM seeks an experienced RN Team Manager to lead a dedicated hospice care team. You will provide clinical oversight, mentor staff, and drive quality initiatives while delivering exceptional end-of-life care to patients and families.

The role offers a competitive annual salary with a performance-based bonus up to 15% of base salary, plus potential incentives tied to branch performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in the practicing state or equivalent.
• Minimum five years’ experience as a healthcare professional; including two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, homecare or hospice
• Must possess current CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required
• Demonstrated administrative ability and knowledge of health care policies and program responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of patient services and compliance with agency policies
• Develop policies, procedures and guidelines to fulfill program objectives
• Oversee scheduling, supervision, and ongoing educational programs for all professional and paraprofessional staff providing direct patient services
• Implement and monitor a quality assurance program or supervise designated QA staff
• Oversee maintenance of medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with licensing regulations
• Plan and implement staff education program for all team members
