Qualifications

• One year of direct patient care nursing experience preferred (medical/surgical background helpful).
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs on admission across physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental domains.
• Regularly assess patient and caregiver needs and coordinate with the care team.
• Initiate and adjust plan of care; provide symptom management and end-of-life care.
