Emmanuel Hospice in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Admissions RN for a full-time role. You will be the first point of contact, helping families understand hospice options and easing the decision process while coordinating care with the team.

The position offers a sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including Day One coverage and a 403(b) plan with company match.

Formación

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or acute care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain medical and hospice-related information with compassion and clarity.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first face and first conversation for patients and families, providing reassurance.
• Help patients and families understand options, answer questions, and guide decisions.
• Coordinate care with the hospice team and document care activities with compassion.
