Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity serving Baker County, Oregon. This role focuses on case management and admissions while delivering high-quality end-of-life care to patients and families in a rural setting.

The position offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a guaranteed 32 hours weekly and pay at $53.00 to $55.90 per hour.

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Hospice nursing experience required.
• Proficiency with PointCare (PointClickCare) documentation system.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong assessment, communication, and case management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a hospice patient caseload and coordinate individualized care plans
• Complete hospice admissions and patient assessments
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and family members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in PointCare
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and agency standards
• Deliver compassionate care and advocacy for patients throughout the hospice journey
