Qualified candidates are Idaho-licensed RNs with NLN-accredited school graduation and current CPR certification. A valid driver’s license is required; hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial, comprehensive and ongoing patient assessments.
• Provide professional nursing care per nursing process and plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Educate patient and family on care needs and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and communicate changes to physician.
