Job summary

Frontpoint Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care for clients in their residences in Mason, TX. This role involves coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team and supporting patient and family needs.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting preferred.
• CPR certified; TB health screen; Hepatitis B Vaccination Consent/Declination.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary group.
• Assess patient/caregiver needs and educate them as indicated.
