Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care at home in the Denver area. You will assess and manage end-of-life plans, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients and support for families.

The role requires a current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and a BSN within 4 years if not already held. PRN scheduling with 10-hour shifts is available, with a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN required; BSN must be obtained within 4 years if hired.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• RNs with <12 months’ experience must obtain BSN within 4 years of hire.
