Qualifications

• Current RN license in WV.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial nursing assessment on new admissions.
• Coordinates and revises plan of care with the care team.
• Communicates progress to clinical manager and physicians.
• Educates families on patient condition and needs.
• Performs on-call responsibilities as assigned.
