Ohio’s Hospice, Inc. in Dayton, OH, is seeking a part-time Hospice RN to provide compassionate end-of-life care across IPUs. Shifts are 7am–7:30pm, two 12-hour days per week, with every 3rd weekend and alternating holidays. You will assess, plan, and deliver nursing care, collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements include active OH RN license, ASN or BSN (BSN preferred), CPR, and 2 years acute care experience. CHPN preferred and must be pursued within 2 years.

As a Hospice RN you will plan and deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interact with patients, families and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.
RN's - Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio without any board actions. Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
