Ohio’s Hospice in Dayton, OH is seeking a Hospice RN for a part-time day-shift role (7am–7:30pm), with potential float to Troy and Middletown IPUs. Shifts are 2 12-hour days per week, including every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
You will deliver compassionate end-of-life care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. The role requires an RN license in Ohio, ASN or BSN preferred, CPR certification, and Hospice/Palliative experience as a plus.

As a Hospice RN you will plan and deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interact with patients, families and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.
RN's - Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio without any board actions. Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
