Ohio’s Hospice is seeking a Hospice LPN for day shift, covering Dayton, OH and surrounding areas. This role includes 1:1 bedside care for patients who are actively declining, with driving to patient locations within the Dayton/Springfield area.
The LPN must be licensed in Ohio, CPR certified, and capable of documenting care using computer systems. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, along with background and drug screening clearances.
