Ohio’s Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time day shift (8am–8pm) serving patients in Dayton and surrounding areas. The LPN will provide 1:1 bedside care to patients who are actively declining, under supervision of an RN, and may drive to patient homes or facilities.
The role requires an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. A criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screen are required.
