Job summary

Serenity Hospice is expanding our team at the Pittsburgh-area office to provide compassionate end-of-life care in Westmoreland and Allegheny Counties, including Murrysville, Monroeville, and McKeesport.

The On-Call Hospice RN role offers a 7 on / 7 off schedule, enabling a balanced lifestyle while delivering skilled nursing care, symptom management, and family education to patients and families in need.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; hospice or home health preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to after-hours and on-call needs for hospice patients.
• Provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and urgent interventions.
• Support and educate patients and families.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Serenity Hospice is excited to expand our team at our newer Pittsburgh-area office! We are seeking a compassionateOn-Call Hospice RN to serve patients and families throughout Westmoreland and Allegheny Counties, including Murrysville, Monroeville, and McKeesport.
