Henry Ford Health is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to provide bedside nursing care to hospice patients in a structured, compassionate environment. The role includes acting in leadership when the Hospice manager is unavailable and collaborating with the care team to deliver high-quality comfort-focused care.

The position requires MI RN licensure, a willingness to adapt care plans to evolving patient needs, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and MI RN licensure.
• Hospice certification preferred.
• Experience with pain and symptom management in hospice.
• Strong interpersonal skills to present a positive image of Hospice.
• Flexible in adapting policies to meet patient needs.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the hospice concept of care.
• Assumes managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Hospice manager.
• Works under the supervision of the Hospice manager.
