American RENOLIT Corporation invites a clinically confident Hospice RN Inpatient Nurse to provide compassionate care, build meaningful relationships with patients and families, and use sound clinical judgment to support comfort and dignity at end of life.

You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, manage pain, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families while maintaining autonomy and professional growth in a structured hospice program.

Formación

• Current Indiana RN license is required.
• Michigan RN license is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and critical-thinking skills are important.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of hospice philosophy and regulations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic patient care and ongoing assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans with patient and family goals.
• Manage and reassess pain and comfort, adjusting plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in care planning.
• Document and communicate patient needs and progress clearly.
• Teach patient self-care and family involvement in care.
