Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive to/from patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey.
